    5. Adult Education & Community Development
    6. Social Welfare Administration
    7. Law
  2. NCE with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the Local Government Service.
  3. Diploma in Local Government with a PASS grade but having a minimum of 5 years working experience in the Local Government Service.

Duration: 2 Years

Requirements:

  1. Higher Diploma in any of the following fields, with minimum of a merit pass from any recognized University or Polytechnic: (2 years Higher Diploma.)
    1. Local Government
    2. Public Administration
    3. Accounting
    4. Public Accounting & Auditing
    5. Adult Education & Community Development
    6. Social Welfare Administration
  2. Holders of Higher Diploma in Local Government/Advanced Diploma in Public Administration from Institute of Administration, A.B.U., Zaria with a PASS grade.

    3. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credits including English Language.

    4. Accounting/Banking/Insurance/Management from Institute of Administration, ABU, Zaria.
    5. Nursing/Midwifery/Community Health extension Workers (CHEW) & Community Health Officers (CHO) with a minimum of 5 years working experience in the public service.
  2. Nursing/Midwifery/Community Health extension Workers (CHEW) & Community Health Officers (CHO) with a minimum of 5 years working experience in the public service.
  3. Diploma in Public Administration/Local Government from Institute of Administration, ABU Zaria with a PASS grade but having a minimum of 3 years working experience in the public service.
  4. All candidates into ADPA must possess five (5) credits including English Language.

Duration: One year (Full-time).

Requirements:

  1. Higher National Diploma and Advanced Diploma in any of the following fields, with a minimum of a LOWER/MERIT grade from any recognized institution of higher learning in:
    1. Public Administration
    2. Local Government
    3. Personnel Management/Human Resources Management/Social Welfare Administration and Secretarial Studies
  2. Holders of Advanced Diploma in Public Administration/Higher Diploma in Local Government from Institute of Administration, A.B.U., Zaria with a PASS grade.
  3. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credits including English Language.
